All are welcome to shop here; you don't have to be a member. However, members enjoy monthly sale prices and other benefits.
Store prices are marked for all shoppers. Co-op members, show your card to receive member sale prices.
Travelers: If you are a member of another co-op visiting the area, please show your card to receive the sale price.
If you become a resident of our community, please join our co-op to continue to receive member discounts and benefits.
The membership fee is $50, payable all at once or at the rate of $10 per year. Ask a co-op cashier for details.
This individual lifetime membership is partially refundable ($40) with a 90-day notice. Seniors 65 and over pay half price.

The Co-op participates in the local comunity including the Tonasket Founder's Day Parade. (Seen above on our 20th anniversary in 1997)
- We donate $50.00 monthly to the Food Bank
- We donate salad monthly to CCC community meal
- $500.00 scholarship to child of a member each year
- Numerous donations over the year to numerous events, charities, and hardship fundraising situations.

Co-op History
The Tonasket Natural Foods Co-op was formerly named the Okanogan River Natural Foods Co-op and has been operating in its present location, 21 West 4th Street in Tonasket, since 1980.
- 1975 - Started selling bulk foods in a small house west of the Okanogan River - called Coniunctio.
- 1977 - Incorporated as a Washington State non-profit organization run by volunteers called the Turning Point Co-op.
- 1978 - Store moved to the old laundromat in Ellisforde. The name changed to Okanogan River Natural Foods Co-op.
- 1980 - Moved to old Teed's Pop Shoppe on 4th in Tonasket.
- 1988 - Received a loan from a community member to purchase the building. Repayment of the loan was the source of the Okanogan Community Consciousness Fund.
- 2007 - Name changed to Tonasket Natural Foods Co-op.
- 2008 - Garden Room opened, built by volunteers.
